A travel agent asked us to help fly Australian rugby league fans to the NRL Premiership season opener, which was taking place in the United States for the first time. The supporters were travelling from Brisbane to Los Angeles on commercial flights, with a cost-effective aircraft charter needed to get them the rest of the way to Las Vegas in time. We set about finding a budget-friendly solution.
Our Solution
Route: Los Angeles > Las Vegas > Los Angeles
Aircraft: Airbus A320
We reached out to operators and sourced an Airbus A320, which could accommodate the 110 passengers on one flight and was available to charter within the client’s budget.
Liaising with the client and the aircraft operator, we were able to time the charter around the supporters’ inbound commercial flights.
The flight ran smoothly, with the fans arriving at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on time and excited for the game.
